The mastery used in our meat processing allows to savour natural cold cuts and full of flavour. Our cold cuts made the Vitali family famous in all the Brescia province.
The milk processed by the knowledge of the Vitali brothers and Consoldi. The milk is processed just steps away from the stable where the cattle are milked two times a day.
Our sauces and canned foods are made by using local ingredients, such as: tomatoes, selected beef and pork, spices and fresh vegetables
